Service Delivery Policy

EM Network provides digital services (Google Ads / PPC campaign management, digital marketing and related services). No physical products are shipped.

Delivery time: Services begin within 3 business days of payment, or on the date agreed with the customer in writing.

Delivery method: All services are provided remotely (online) via email, WhatsApp, Zoom and the relevant advertising platforms.

Non-delivery: If a service is not delivered by the agreed date, the customer may cancel the transaction and receive a full refund within 14 days, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Business responsibility: EM Network (Ohad Tal) is responsible for the services sold, their delivery and customer support.
