I’ve emailed you so many times but not had a response and when you are promoting, you need answers. I’m guessing everything is automated so there is no human input or you are under resourced. Either way, you need to answer emails or you’ll end up getting negative feedback and no repeat promotions.

I owe the worst experience I've ever had with my music to EM Network. After I had transferred a lot of money to EM for my promo, there was absolutely nobody to contact. 24/7 support? That's a lie! Nobody answers your questions. And my promotions? They never started. I can hardly put my anger and disappointment into words. I simply call this behaviour fraud!
